About us
Puyang gongzhen Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. was established on June, 2005, located in Puyang, Henan Province. It is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of oil drilling solid control equipment.
Our workshop area of 12800 square meters, with more than 40 advanced production and testing equipment/set, annual production capacity of 700-800 sets of solid control equipment. There are 86 existing staffs, including 12 technical research and development people.

Main features of multi-layer vibrating screen
The vibrating screen innovatively uses vertical parallel technology and multi-layer filtration technology, which not only greatly improves the liquid and solid phase processing capacity of the vibrating screen, but also improves the filtration accuracy of the vibrating screen;
Mechanical structure characteristics of vibrating screen
The vibrating screen is reserved for product upgrade ports. By changing the mechanical structure of the vibrating screen, different exciting forces and vibration frequencies can be obtained;
Trajectory of translational ellipse
The use of a translational elliptical motion trajectory enables the mud to stay on the Drilling fluid shaker for a longer time, resulting in drier cuttings;
Vibrating screen filter area
The filtering area of the double-layer screen is 6.4 square meters, and the filtering area of the three-layer screen is 9.6 square meters, while the ordinary vibrating screen is only 2.7 square meters.
Service life
Use a small modular composite frame screen, the screen is made of imported materials, and the service life is up to 1000 hours, while the life of the ordinary screen is about 200 hours;
Multi-layer vibrating screen
The maximum use mesh of the screen can reach more than 350 meshes;
Screen press method
It adopts two compression methods, one-piece wedge block or inflatable airbag, and 4 screens can be replaced in an average of 1-2 minutes. Both are currently the most convenient and fastest compression method. Customers can choose different products according to their needs.
